Exit "Heilbronn - Untereisesheim" in direction Heilbronn on B27 following the Neckar river. Stay on this road, passing Heilbronn, about 1 km after crossing the Neckar river take left towards Flein after about 500m turn right into Industriegebiet "Rauher Stich" (industrial area). Turn right at second intersection take next left (Heilbronner Str. 12).

Exit "Heilbronn - Untergruppenbach" direction Heilbronn first traffic lights turn left, direction Talheim/Flein drive through Flein 2nd roundabout (Weinhaus Armbruster) turn in direction Lauffen - pass next roundabout straight through, leaving Flein about 2 km after Flein turn left into Industriegebiet "Rauher Stich" (industrial area) turn right at second intersection take next left (Heilbronner Str. 12)

A81 coming from Würzburg or A6 coming from Nürnberg
At "Weinsberger Kreuz" (highway junction) direction Stuttgart to Exit "Heilbronn - Untergruppenbach" continue as above.
