For special requirements an application technician from our head quarters is available for consultation. He will advise directly - in the production - on the use of our natural casings and evaluate the requirements of the customer. Thus we are in the position to offer the optimal solution for every individual customer request from our extensive Bierhalter Natural Casings Program. Our logistic center with a large storage capacity and a modern fleet of refrigerated trucks enables us to retain sufficient reserves to guarantee availability of supply and observance of delivery requests.
