Re-opening of Ludwig Bierhalter OHG (Unlimited). Continuation of business activities in temporary accommodations in Heilbronn, Olgastraße 30

1953:
Construction of new building on Olgastraße 17, with selection plant for natural casings

1963/64:
The sons Udo and Hans-Joachim Bierhalter join the company. Structural change of business - specializing in natural casings. Intensification and expansion of business contacts to all foreign countries producing natural casings, reorganization of marketing and sales policies

1972:
Setting-up of own collection operation, expansion of selection facility in Olgastrasse 17

1976:
Completion of new factory in Talheim. Establishment of a new spacious production and a cold storage area meeting the highest sanitary standards and veterinary law requirements

1979:
The corporate form is changed into Ludwig Bierhalter GmbH (Ltd.).
Start of our own sheep casings production in China

1980:
First appearance as exhibitor at the largest international trade fair for the meat industry 'IFFA' in Frankfurt

Completion of new extension building on our manufacturing site, with additional cooling and deep freezing storage facilities

Opening of a further collection plant in South Germany.
